As of 9pm 25th Feb 2015 the new website went live

(as long as its not the same bug in different formats)

WEW XP!

When you go to do a new comment you get taken to a page which is literally your picture and the comment, to then have to press the back button to view the website again. (Taken to http://www.gamegrin.com/Comment_Controller/addcomment)

At the top it says I'm level 0, but my profile says level 12. Eitherways, I was like level 4.

Where's my XP?

New comments don't appear in the gamer feed.

UNSURE: There's no titles for articles, so, I can't quickly glimpse and scroll either this is a bug or a stupid change.
(This is for NEWS, titles show on other catagories.)

Pictures, videos etc as a preview in media for articles show up small and don't take up the entire box.

Thanks for the quick reports. It's still settling in a bit and XP will be transferred shortly. I'll double check the other items when the rest is settled in.

Haha, unintentional feature is the preferred term. But yes, that should now be fixed. Definitely would have been a stupid change if not

So this one is the big one right here, Facebook comments are gone, as they were too inconsistent with notifying the site whether a comment had been made or not, there was an issue with "first posts" on an article where because we weren't notified, the site wouldn't generate XP for people, along with other issues. Now, people can comment anon, with a forum acc, or with a Facebook account (by logging in with Facebook). And I'm hoping that this clears a load of the shit up with it!

I'm going to look into how/if I can retrieve those missing comments into our system, but I'm not sure how well that will go at the moment. Watch this space.

Note that if the comment is missing, you still have your XP for it regardless

Well, I didn't get XP for any of the few comments I've made, but I'm not so bothered because unless there's stuff for tiny amounts of points I'll not be able to use them anyway, I don't comment enough

We're ironing out the new system for this, so look out for updates later. Some exciting stuff coming that way

and thats just a massacre aswell on the similar games to smite - If they're meant to be links they're not

There's no titles in the admin cp for stuff

Can only see new catalog on my profile (think dawson is pissing about with that tho)

That's only visible to you on your profile page and only visible on your public page if you write articles:

Your user account only shows your surname, as your first name is "JK Ferret", hence why it's appearing as you mentioned :P
