Wait, what?
The reason I changed my post is because Si hadn't actually had anything to do with the thread so it was more meaningless than anything. It was also catty towards Si^, so in response to your question. No, I didn't. I merely changed my catty response.
My new response was aiming for more 'humorous coincidence' from the picture, than being catty though. Never mind.
Thanks also for the 'stick-out-of-your-ass' comment. However, I'll set the line here, and ask nicely that if you haven't got anything nice/productive further to say in this thread, then please refrain from saying it. This thread has already been closed once due to pointless crap like that.
Anyway...
ExcessNeo, I hope that it wasn't in vain that he died and that a lot of people have learned it isn't safe to drink and drive. Even less safe at about 120mph.
He's an idiot for doing it, but it's no less distressing for the families that have to deal with the loss.

Re: RIP Ryan Dunn
As much as a death is a death, and it's sad by default, I can't feel sorry for the guy. He was idiotic enough to drive drunk, and I say - whether anybody agrees or not isn't an issue to me - I'm glad it was him.
Imagine if because of his idioicy a kid or another innocent had died. I would prefer the drunk driver to be dead than an innocent, personally.
However, as I said, a death is a death, so RIP none the less. The guy made me laugh.

TBH it's a bit late to be worrying about that. I dread to think how many impressionable American kids have been severely injured if not killed because of copying this **** and his stupid stunts on Jackass.
Not sorry for him at all I'm afraid. I'm sorry for his family but in all honesty they must have been expecting something like this to happen, it was only a matter of time. It's just a shame he had to take his friend (some friend huh?) with him.

THIS.
The guy didn't do anything worth mentioning. Sticking a toy car up his ass was the highlight of his fame. What a douche. As Betty says so many kids were bound to copy his stunts, some role model he was. So its not like we have lost a great impressionable hero tbh. But meh like Betty I feel sorry for his family.

In your opinion , a lot of people liked the guy and thought what he did was funny, I am not defending what he did, Drink driving is stupid and irresponsible, I am glad he didn't hurt anyone else, His mate that was in the car, well he was out with Ryan, he would have seen him and made the choice himself to get in the car.
A lot of people seem to be judging him based on this one mistake that ended his life which personally I don't agree with, remember the guy for what he did and the laughs he gave everyone, sure he made a mistake, don't we all?
Anyhow everyone is entitled to there opinion of the guy, Jackass is a bit like Marmite, you love or or hate it really , I don't think that though gives Re^per the right to post in a thread about someone who has died and be a complete dick, chill out man, this is not the time or the place.

Re: RIP Ryan Dunn
This is a public forum mate, so it's exactly the time and place for people to express their opinions. My views on Jackass are irrelevant, I merely stated he's a douche for drink driving and I'm glad it was only him and his friend that bit the bullet. Dick? - I haven't said anything that wasn't fact. Nuff said

Re: RIP Ryan Dunn
Well, now its confirmed he was over the limit.
He was a dick for getting in the car.
But, I agree that people shouldn't focus on his last act of stupidity, but on the long line of stuff he and others brought to us that was epically funny.
ALthough, I cant help but think, if he wasn't in a GT3 but maybe a less "Track Day" car and a more normal road car, this woudln't have even been an accident. let alone a fatal one.

Re: RIP Ryan Dunn
The being a dick part was in regards to the replys to Fin, FoxyStoat and the Re^per was right post, there was no need for that and that was the reason I neg repped you not for your opinion on Dunn.

At twice the legal limit I think any car that can do over 50MPh would have resulted in a bad injury / death.
Such a shame his life had to end this way but tbh I am surprised the Jackass lot have survived this long, seen the Steve O documentary, pretty grim stuff there but looks like he has sorted his life out for the better now

Re: RIP Ryan Dunn
Locking this now, wrong place to troll. Foxy said it all with this being childish especially in a RIP thread.

Your first post. Not fact. It was between 130mph and 140mph.

Sorry - I'd already started the reply before the lock so didn't see it go in before I posted.
