New Build advice please

Hi guys well after a time away from hard gaming im getting back into it and wanna build me a new system currently have £700 to put a bare bones sytem together and was hoping for ideas and or advice...

yo exo im still having the stuttering every time i come anywhere near another player , not the gcard got a 470gtx so unsure as to what the problem is still mabbes try to find some archived drivers...

Yo gun its a little more expensive than your budget and its still nvidia but i just ordered one at scan(after missing the scan guys on the phone at 2.50pm 2day) its £270 but atleast £30-40 cheaper...
