My new GoodWood Set, sorry for the fuzziness, my phone (LG Viewty) likes to decide when to take a crisp photo or not.

Wouldn't really say geeky, mesh heads are excellent for any drum kit I wish the goodwoods weren't rubbish on the RB1 EL drum kit otherwise I'd have them myself possibly.

They are super quiet which I was very impressed about, but will need some getting used to as I sometimes hit the screws whilst playing.

Stay tuned for a review coming soon...

Guitar hero world tour drum kit with custom mesh head replacements (Goodwood Mod) :)

I think that picture makes her look much more attractive than the previous ones from last page.

I took this photo on a day trip out with Dawson in a forest somewhere on the way back from York :u01 I don't know nothing about settings on camera or lens focus etc, prefer not to use a tripod either - handsfree ftw :p I just pointed and clicked and this is how it appeared:

Dawson added a grad filter (dunno what that is) to make the sky more blue but otherwise it's untouched :)

Comments and advice welcome! :u01

I know nothing about photo quality as such, but I think that is a lovely picture Foxy, reminds me a bit of Lost or TES: Oblivion! Wish there were some hills around here.

Your photo Snoozer reminds me of LoTR, I can just imagine little hobbits being chased around there by dark riders :)

This one was taken shortly after I put some washing out (yes I know how to do housework!!). I like it how the camera focused on the rain; its amazing to think those lines are just very small droplets of water (or maybe thats just me, yup thats just me).

Yeah, Dawson that's a really ace shots. I love Macro shots like that, but unfortunately my camera has an auto focus so quite often it takes a lot of hard work to get any of them. Really good though.

Re: GameOn PHOTO a DAY

This was taken yesterday about a mile off any road (in the middle of no-where basically) on my 13th cycle in the countryside, and suffice to say it was an unlucky one.

http://forums.gamegrin.com/picture.p...pictureid=2580

I live on the other side of that tower in top right of the picture, and just after I took it and went to cycle back my bike decided it no longer liked being taken off-road, and on a subsequent rabbit hole the front brakes snapped and the rear tyre and inner tube split. It was a long 8 mile walk back home which left me pretty tired (pun intended).

Which part of the front brakes snapped? Sounds pretty crazy if it was actually the callipers. I'm guessing the cable/wire if there still manuals, which isn't too expensive at all to fix. I think I still have loads of brake wires lying around somewhere.

Now, the tyre? How did you manage to actually split the tyre itself? That is mental.

Well yeah snapped brakes is a bit vague, the brake wire basically came out of the fitting when it came under strain as the handlebars spun round. I didn't have the right tools then but I should be able to fix it ok, though it is looking fairly splintered from age so I will probably replace it. I would really like to try out some of those disc brakes I've seen on some bikes.

The rear tyre, fook knows what happened there, its split a few inches on the outside edge/corner of the tyre. Its had a lot of wear to it over the years (the tread is mostly worn out) and I think it just gave way after taking a heavy knock, taking the inner tube with it. I've not looked in detail at the rear brakes but they seem ok.

Frustrating thing is I just spent 80 fixing it from last year, but hopefully this shouldn't be more than 50. I should really take more care with it, and for that amount I should just buy a cheap Halfords bike each year and trash that instead.

edit: one photo a day I know, but here is a little picture of the split tyre. Not very interesting but at least I get to show off my fancy pedals :)

An artistic piccy there Snoozer, nice detail on the sculpture. Whats that on the left in the bushes? Thats not Pedo Bear with a telescope is it ;)

It's amazing i did it without realizing, the TV fits snugly in the gap above the hi and lo toms and between the crash and ride ;)

Not hooked up just yet still waiting for my MIDI adapter to get through customs but sometime this coming week I'll be FC'ing a **** load of songs on RB with no dropped notes and cymbals :D
