That'd be in Thorpeness, on the East Suffolk countryside/coast. There is a windmill behind it but I didn't realise at the time!

I liked the clouds in this one, just a shame the field is a bit bare but ah well, it's symbolic or something:

@ POB: I thought the same for that one, the clouds were funky by the field kinda takes that special 'something' outta it for me, still nice though :D

@ Rasher/Jess: That's a fab one :D The angle of which the bridge is on the photograph and the back drop of a pure sky moulds really well with the colours, very awesome :D Just a shame that it was taken by a Sparkling-Gay-Vampire fan :p (Jacob rules!)

Love the jet Bob, the sculpture with computer mice for teeth is clever but scary ;)

This was the view at night from the so called 'suicide window' in our failHotel in Germany. I think I had the camera set to the wrong setting as this photo came out slightly blurry, but I actually quite like ghostly effect:

Got a few to post over the coming days from today's cycle adventure. First is a view from one side of a bridge over what is called Angel Marsh :)

Had cloud cover most of the day but the clouds formed nicely for this shot:

Wow, one of the most exotic photos so far. I seem to remember shooting tigers there in one of the many Tomb Raider games! Very interesting place though, especially as I'm an archaeologist!

POB, epic night time photo of the cathedral, love the unintentional effect. Also love the one of the insane rain from your personal album.

Yes. Strangley enough Cambodia offered citizenship to Angelina Jolie also. I do a lot of traveling in Asia so have lots more. You should really visit the place its much more beautiful in real life so to speak.

Nice shot of Cambodia and I got much amusement from Giraffe's and Foxy's responses :D

I can't compete with that in terms of exoticness so instead here is a classic British lighthouse:

Stunning photo though POB.

These water buffalos were crossing the road. Not a great photo but I like it.

Yeah tough getting a shot of a moving animal Ice Maiden, that's why I like to focus on stationary landscapes :D

While we're on wildlife, though, this photo isn't particularly remarkable but I found it kinda funny:

It looks evil!

I took this in rural Thailand. Had to trek up to this mountain to get this photo. It overlooks the valley. Was pretty dangerous too. I could have simply fallen off the edge into oblivion but I took my chances.

Wow you've been on some epic travels! Fantastic photo, the view and clouds are just beautiful. Perhaps would have been marginally better without the bush obstructing the lovely view in the lower left hand corner, but it sounds like you were already taking a big risk as it was (and I'm just fussy) :)

The clouds in this shot were quite dramatic which I think goes well with the crumbling abbey:
