Personally I like my women slightly larger than the anorexic sticks that one usually sees adorning magazine covers, but he does make a few valid points

I gotta be honest and say that i actually find him pretty offensive.
I myself am a bigger woman (cry) and am aware of the fact im not that attractive because of it.
But he becomes quite nasty with it all, we look like used goods? Were big disgusting messes?
Its people like him that are responsible for sending me down the doctors tommorrow with severe depression and anxiety because ive put on weight through being stuck at home injured i now feel like i cant leave the house because im being looked at and judged.

Turns out thats true eh. Sorry if thats a little too personal for you all but hey, fat people are just skin and tissue, we dont have feelings right.

Thankfully though weight is something people can do something about, some of us are in a worse state and get on with life fine.
Glad your getting help though, cant imagine what it must be like to have depression.

This guy is a complete and utter p**ck! Frankly if I ever met him I would happily make him look like a used flipping package! Fare enough to him not liking fat girls, or anyone else for that matter. It is your choice. Any need to go round making videos or throwing insults to people on the larger side. I am not exactly skinny myself, but I aint fat either! I am glad I aint skinny, skinny women dont have no boobs what so ever, unless they have some sort of fake boob job! Always seem flat chested!! What is fun in that?!?! Alright, I watched his first point he made then stopped the video, as his accent really made me want to punch him.

I'm not sure what else he says as the video goes on, but if it's anything like what he said to begin with, he made a perfectly valid point, he just done so in an extremely dickish way. I personally wouldn't see any harm in saying to a larger lass (depending on ones definition of fat, of course) that they could stand to lose some weight, if only for their health.

As I said, perfectly valid point, just put across in an idiotic way 'you're fat and disgusting' doesn't really go hand-in-hand with 'this isn't to make any fat women watching feel bad' or whatever it was along those lines he said.

The guy is a knob though, I gathered that from 40 odd seconds. To think he goes on for 25 minutes...

Fair enough, he dont like fat girls, i dont either, and i am one!
Its just the way he delivers this message that i dont think is right.
Everybody is entitled to their own opinion, its how you choose to make it which makes the difference.
I will happily sit and take, you need to loose weight from my friends and loved ones because they are definately right what i dont like is the automatic assumption that its because i eat a lot because i dont at all!!

There are other factors to becoming fat, i injured myself in work 6 months back. Getting up off the sofa hurts me so ive not been able to maintain my usual standard of fitness.
I guess some people cant see further than the end of their own nose.

I think there's an important point that you need to differentiate between here. I equate fat to obese
If you look like this:

Then you're clearly on a butter lined slide to death. Being that size is incredibly bad for you. You get all sorts of problems with your legs/feet (as they're not designed to accomodate that much weight)

However, using the lovely Mrs Lawson as an example:

That is clearly quite a healthy weight. I'm sure she's slightly over whatever the doctors might suggest however it's actually better to be slightly overweight.

Unfortunately, as a society we're getting increasingly ready access to things that are bad for us (and which biologically we crave), and on the whole lazier.

Much as the guy is a bit of a twit, he does make some quiet salient observations. From living in a 'fat' country, you really do see whole families of fat people, where the kids evidently have never eaten anything healthier than a pizza. From a personal perspective, I'm actually quite proud of herself, who's had 9 months off work (no working visa as yet), and has managed to stay in shape by eating properly and not sitting on the sofa all day every day eating chips
